Shipment processing time
When items are in stock, orders are typically processed within 2 days. During this covid period, please allow extra time. Currently we ship every day Monday to Friday.
For items on pre-order, go to it's specific product page or the pre order check page from our main menu, where you will see up to date information on expected delivery dates.
Estimated delivery time
We offer a variety of shipping options depending on how many glasses you order. Such as standard (2-4 days) and priority (1-3 days). We use a combination of USPS and DHL.
Glass arrived damaged?
Don't panic! Please take photos and email them to us within 2 days of delivery email@example.com We usually reserve a dozen or so glasses in case of damage. No photo, no replacement. Waited well over a week to tell us? No replacement. Sorry. It's a long story...
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
If you input your shipping address incorrectly and your package is returned to the sender (us), we will refund your order (excluding cost of shipping) once we receive the package.
Stolen & Lost Package Policy
We are not responsible to replace lost or stolen packages once the post office has shown a delivery confirmation. Though these things do not happen often, if you are a victim of mail theft make sure to immediately file a theft claim with the United States Postal Service and provide them with the tracking confirmation we have provided.
